Site controller
Sancteo is a private and independent editorial project dedicated to making hagiographic sources easier to consult. For questions about personal data, contact [email protected].
Data collected
The site does not provide user accounts. Data processing covers site operation, messages sent to Sancteo, voluntary newsletter subscriptions and audience measurement enabled after consent.
Technical logs may include usual connection data such as IP address, requested URL, browser, and access date.
Cookies and analytics
Sancteo uses Klaro to collect and store consent choices. Google Analytics is enabled only after explicit consent for audience measurement.
You can update your consent from the privacy module displayed by the site.
Purposes and retention
Technical data is used to secure, maintain, and improve the site. Email messages are retained only as long as needed to handle the request.
Analytics data is used in aggregate form to understand site usage and improve content.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data concerning you by writing to [email protected].
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the competent data protection authority.
Newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, Kit processes your email address and newsletter language to manage delivery and unsubscription. Subscriptions rely on your consent when submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Kit retains the information needed to respect unsubscribes. Sancteo temporarily stores protected fingerprints of email and IP addresses and the technical stages of requests to prevent abuse and repeated emails. These technical records expire within 24 hours and are purged on subsequent service requests. They are not a local subscriber list.
Notifications
With your permission, Sancteo stores your browser’s push endpoint, encryption keys and chosen language to notify you about new videos and the graphic novel release. No email is required. Messages pass through your browser’s push service (such as Google for Chrome). Unsubscribe using Notifications in the footer or revoke permission in your browser. Subscriptions expire after one year without renewal and are purged during sign-ups or sends; invalid endpoints are deleted when sending. Temporary IP fingerprints limit abuse for one hour. A technical delivery history without full endpoints prevents duplicates. The Later choice is stored on your device for 30 days.
